NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Indiana Tech women's indoor track & field team has now been ranked at No. 1 for the 40
th straight time in week four of the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) National Rating Index (NRI) rankings, the USTFCCCA announced Wednesday.
The women continue to be their streak of being ranked at No. 1 in every single ranking that has come out since the NAIA TFRI began in 2018! The Warriors currently have seven national leaders, 13 top-5 marks, and 15 top-10 marks heading into nationals.
Tech is on top of the rankings at No. 1 with 301.76 points, followed by William Carey University (Miss.) with 231.51 points, Concordia University (Neb.) with 181.22 points, Central Methodist University (Mo.) with 135.59 points, and the University of the Cumberlands (Ky.) with 120.24 points.
The Warriors will compete next at the NAIA Indoor National Championships on February 29
th-March 2
nd at the Sanford-Jackrabbit Athletic Complex in Brookings, South Dakota.
