Indiana Tech Sports Information and Quick Facts
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Sports Information office is responsible for the day-to-day publicity efforts of Indiana Tech's 31 athletic programs. The primary function of the Indiana Tech Sports Information office is to serve as a multimedia communication link between the school and its constituencies that include the general public, media, alumni, players and their families, as well as the campus community. The Indiana Tech Sports Information office is responsible for arranging all interviews with student-athletes and coaches, compiling and archiving statistics, writing game stories, and producing game notes, media guides and publications for all sports. Requests for interviews of student-athletes, coaches, or administration must be made 24 hours in advance through the sports information office.
The Sports Information Office is located in the Warrior Fieldhouse, located next to the Warrior Baseball Field and Cunningham Business Center, and handles a variety of press services, including but not limited to, the issuing of credentials, creating press releases, publishing press notes and game programs, compiling statistics, updating social media accounts, and maintaining the athletics website.
