- Home to 21 national championship teams and 103 individual national champions
- Winners of the 2022-23 NACDA Learfield Cup as the all-sports "national champion" in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, finishing out of the top 10 only once since 2011-12
- Holders of the last eight of the Fred Smith Cups as the all-sports champion in the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference
- NAIA Champions of Character Gold Level Five-Star Institution for the ninth-consecutive time, and one of eight institutions in the country to earn a Five-Star Institution Award every year since its inception in 2002
