Indiana Institute of Technology

2025: Strawsma had a well-rounded season, appearing in 55 sets and contributing on both offense and defense. Offensively, she recorded 19 kills and 13 digs, averaging 1.68 kills per set and 1.35 digs per set, with 37 attack attempts and a .181 hitting percentage. Strawsma also contributed 74 assists, 5 total blocks, and helped facilitate team offense with consistent effort in every rotation. Defensively, she added 33 digs (0.60 per set) and 1 reception with a perfect 1.000 passing efficiency, along with 36 assists, demonstrating her reliability and versatility on the court. Her consistent play, work ethic, and ability to impact the game on both ends of the court earned her recognition on the All-Academic Team and earned NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors for excellence in the classroom.

2024: Played in 13 matches, starting 1 as a freshman. Appeared in 24 sets, recording 26 kills, 11 digs, and 11 blocks. 

Background: Coming in with the ability to play multiple positions on the volleyball court, the six foot Indiana native adds flexibility to the program, while representing the Bisons out of Benton Central High School. Jaycee is set to major in Child Development and Educational Studies while contributing to the Warriors roster.
