Morgan Clark (Bair) enters her third year as the Indiana Tech Spirit Director for the 2025-26 school year, overseeing the Dance and Cheer programs, in addition to the Pep Band. Clark led Tech's Dance and Cheer team through their first year as a program in 2023-24, building and developing the team. Tech Dance officially had their first season of competition in 2024-25, while the Cheer program can be seen at Tech athletic events as they continue to build toward WHAC competition.
Last season (2024-25), Clark led the Tech Dance team through their first official season competing where they had four regular season events and the WHAC Championships. Tech would finish in seventh at the WHAC Championships, while recording their highest score of the season (61.43).
"We are excited to welcome Morgan to our athletic department," Director of Athletics Jessie Biggs said. "Her enthusiasm and drive make her a perfect fit for our spirit director position. We are also excited about the addition of competitive dance back to Indiana Tech and can't wait to see what the future holds!"
"First and foremost, I want to thank Jessie Biggs and David Bokhart for taking a chance on me. I am very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to get Indiana Tech's Spirit Programs established. This is something I am so passionate about and love doing. I have so many new and exciting things planned for all our spirit programs and am very eager for the 2023-2024 school year to begin. The atmosphere of the campus has been so welcoming, and I am committed to continue that through all three of our programs, as well as the traditions of the institution and athletics." Bair said.
