Nathan Marshall is entering his first year with the Warriors as a Graduate Assistant for the 2024-25 season after being hired in August of 2024.
Before coming to Fort Wayne, Marshall attended Purdue University while obtaining a Bachelors in Energy Engineering Technology. In his time at Purdue, he coached girls' club at The Academy Boiler Juniors for 4 years at the 16s age level with teams competing from Open to Club throughout his time there. As well as this, Marshall was a student-manager for the Purdue Women's Volleyball team for his junior and senior year.
Marshall has been playing volleyball since 2014 where he played club for both Indy Elite and The Academy as a libero. Along with that he was a member of Roncalli High School varsity team for 4 years, playing as the Royal's starting Libero. Finally, Marshall played as a Libero for the Purdue Men's Club Volleyball team at the NCVF Division I level. Marshall was a member of the 2024 NCVF National Championship team, claiming Purdue Men's Club Volleyball's first National Championship.
Marshall will be pursuing a graduate degree at Indiana Tech for a Master of Business Administration - Sports Administration with a Certificate in Human Resources.
