Ferrando capped off his illustrious four-year career with a 7-1 record and a perfect 4-0 record at one singles in September and reached the 30-win plateau for singles, the most of any Tech player since the program was restarted in 2006. The Plata-Buenos Aires, Argentina native advanced to the semifinals of the United States Tennis Association/Intercollegiate Tennis Association (USTA/ITA) Midwest Regional Championships while also leading the Orange and Black to a perfect 4-0 record for the month. He would also go 7-1 in doubles action in the month and finish his career with a 28-19 record.
