Parking Information

General Parking

Free parking is available in designated campus lots surrounding athletic venues unless otherwise noted.

Please:

• Follow all traffic signage and event staff directions.
• Park only in designated spaces.
• Respect reserved and ADA parking areas.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking is available near athletic venues for guests displaying valid state-issued permits.

Venue Entry

Gates Open

Gates typically open 60 minutes prior to competition, unless otherwise announced.

Re-Entry

Re-entry policies may vary by venue and event. Please check with game-day staff upon arrival.

Security Screening

All guests and belongings are subject to security screening. Prohibited items will not be permitted inside the venue.

Prohibited Items

For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following items are not permitted:

• Weapons of any kind
• Artificial noisemakers (i.e. Horns, Cowbells, etc.)
• Alcoholic beverages
• Illegal substances
• Laser pointers
• Drones or unmanned aircraft systems
• Any item deemed unsafe by event management

Fan Code of Conduct

Indiana Tech Athletics is committed to creating a welcoming environment for all attendees.

Fans are expected to:

• Treat student-athletes, coaches, officials, and fellow spectators with respect.
• Use appropriate language and behavior.
• Follow directions from event staff and security personnel.
• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or threatening conduct.

Guests who fail to comply may be removed from the venue without refund.

Concessions

Concessions may be available depending on the venue and event. 

We encourage fans to arrive early and enjoy the full game-day experience.

Weather Policies

Outdoor events may be delayed, suspended, or canceled due to weather conditions.

In the event of:

• Lightning
• Severe storms
• Hazardous field conditions

Fans will be required to vacate the facility and return to their vehicle during a severe weather delay. Fans must follow announcements from game management and seek shelter when directed.

Accessibility

Indiana Tech Athletics strives to provide an inclusive event experience.

• Accessible venue entrances and routes

Guests requiring additional assistance are encouraged to contact Indiana Tech Athletics prior to the event.

Photography & Video

No non-credentialed person is to be outside of the seating areas taking photos or videos. If you wish to do so, you must contact the Indiana Tech Sports Information Staff PRIOR to the event and they will approve or deny your request.

By entering an Indiana Tech Athletics venue, guests acknowledge that they may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or broadcast purposes.

Smoking & Tobacco Policy

Indiana Tech promotes a healthy and safe environment.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are prohibited inside and around athletic venues and in accordance with university policies.

Emergency Information

In case of an emergency:

1. Remain calm.
2. Follow instructions from event staff, security personnel, or emergency responders.
3. Proceed to designated exits or shelter areas as directed.
