LIMA, Ohio. – The Indiana Tech men's tennis team fell to top-seeded University of Northwestern Ohio, 5-0, on Saturday afternoon in the championship match of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Tournament at Westwood Tennis and Fitness Center.
The second flight of
Brunno Storani and
Tiago Neves dropped a tough 9-8 decision as the Racers swept through doubles play and quickly moved to match point as Neves fell at second singles.
Pablo Bono put up a strong fight at the number six position, but ultimately fell 6-1, 7-6, as UNOH clinched the match.
Tech finishes the 2018-19 season with a record of 13-11.
