FORT WAYNE, IND. – The No. 11 Indiana Tech women's wrestling came away with two upsets Friday evening taking down Mid-South Conference and NAIA powers No. 7-ranked Cumberlands 34-12 and No. 1-ranked Campbellsville 24-21.

There were two forfeits to start the meet.
Sydney Kutzke and
Riley Horvath both took those victories at 101-lbs. and 109-lbs.
Emma Jones was the first to hit the win column for the Warriors as she got the fall in a quick 0.42 seconds.
Sharon Leon and
Elly Kuzma both defeated their opponents with falls at 3:40 and 0.44 seconds at 130 and 136-lbs., respectively, to give the Warriors the 25-4 lead.
Carley Anderson continued Tech's dominance by a 10-0 tech fall at 3:53 for 143-lbs and
Maia Crumb notched a pin at 1:43 for 155-lbs. to finish up the scoring for the Warriors. University of Cumberlands gathered the next two matches, but it was not enough as the Warriors would go on to win.

Sydney Kutzke was the first to hit the mat for the Warriors where she got the fall at the 2:39 mark at 101-lbs.
Korigan Wilkey was next up as she defeated her opponent notching a fall at 3:50 for 109-lbs. Campbellsville would take the next one before
Emma Jones would gather a forfeit victory giving the Warriors the 15-5 advantage. To end the dual,
Elly Kuzma posted her second win of the night by getting the fall at 1:40 at 136-lbs and Cat McNutty got the win by decision 4-4 at 170-lbs., making it enough to notch the Warriors second victory on the night.
