GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Graduate Student Eric Vermillion earned this week's Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Wrestler of the Week for his performance at the NAIA Challenge Duals, announced by the conference Monday.
 
Vermillion claimed the award after winning all five of his matches at the NAIA Challenge Duals. He won three matches by Major Decision with tallies of 11-3, 13-1, and 12-0. He won another match with a 4-0 Decision, and his last match he won via Fall in 2:02.
 
Vermillion is ranked 1^st at 184 and is 12-1 overall this season and 5-0 in duals.
