FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The No. 6 ranked Indiana Tech men's hockey team took on Cleary University in a home-and-home series Friday and Saturday. Game one of the series was in Fort Wayne on the Warriors' home ice, where the Warriors took a 5-3 victory. On Saturday, game two was in Howell, Michigan, at the 140 Ice Den. Game two favored the Warriors as they won with a 4-2 final score. The Warriors' record moves to 20-2 as they improve to 13-1 in conference play.
The Cougars found the net first in game one on a goal from Cam Thomas in the first period, but a goal from
Cole Barney on an assist from
Matej Krasny with eight seconds left in the first period brought the game back to level. Tech outscored the Cougars in the final two periods 4-2 as they came out on top 5-3. Other Warriors scoring were
