ALLEN PARK, Mich. – The Indiana Tech women's bowling team was in Allen Park, Michigan, over the weekend to compete in the fourth Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Jamboree. The Warriors finished 2
nd out of 12 teams. The Warriors had one 3
rd-place finish, two 1st-place finishes, and a 2
nd-place finish at WHAC Jamborees this season, which makes them WHAC regular season champions for the second straight year.
The Warriors had two athletes finish top 5 individually, with
Morgan Nunn and
Meagan Kennedy finishing 4
th and 5
th, respectively. Nunn finished with an 838 (189, 255, 177, 217) for an average of 209.50. Kennedy knocked down 829 (170, 268, 187, 204) pins, averaging 207.25. As a team, the Warriors finished with a score of 6840 (3774 team, 3066 baker).
In preparation for the WHAC Tournament, the Warriors travel to Indianapolis, Indiana, this weekend to compete in the Hoosier Classic.
