Women’s Bowling Claim Second Straight WHAC Title

ALLEN PARK, Mich. – The Indiana Tech women's bowling team was in Allen Park, Michigan, over the weekend to compete in the fourth Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Jamboree. The Warriors finished 2nd out of 12 teams. The Warriors had one 3rd-place finish, two 1st-place finishes, and a 2nd-place finish at WHAC Jamborees this season, which makes them WHAC regular season champions for the second straight year.
 
The Warriors had two athletes finish top 5 individually, with Morgan Nunn and Meagan Kennedy finishing 4th and 5th, respectively. Nunn finished with an 838 (189, 255, 177, 217) for an average of 209.50. Kennedy knocked down 829 (170, 268, 187, 204) pins, averaging 207.25. As a team, the Warriors finished with a score of 6840 (3774 team, 3066 baker).
 
In preparation for the WHAC Tournament, the Warriors travel to Indianapolis, Indiana, this weekend to compete in the Hoosier Classic.
