CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The Indiana Tech men's bowling team finished 4
th out of 45 teams at the 2026 Brunswick Midwest Collegiate Classic at Imperial Lanes over the weekend.
The teams bowled five games on Saturday and then 16 Baker games on Sunday. The top 8 total scores then moved on to match play on Sunday afternoon.
Indiana Tech was eighth after day one with a total score of 5031. The Warriors bowled a 1034, a 981, a 920, a 1078, and a 1018 in five Saturday games.
Hayden Tarris was the highest individual for Indiana Tech, bowling a 1073 for an average of 214.6.
Indiana Tech had a great showing on Sunday in the Baker games. The Warriors finished with a Baker total of 3274, bringing their overall total to 8305. The Warriors finished fourth, making them the 4 seed in the match play tournament.
The Warriors took on 5 seed Calumet in round one. Indiana Tech was victorious, winning 194-169 and 198-188 to move on to the semifinals. The Warriors then fell to Lawrence Tech 234-190 and 194-170, ending their tournament.
The Warriors return to action on Oct. 16 at the NAIA Invitational at Stardust Bowl in Addison, Illinois.
