PRESTONSBURG, Ky. – The Indiana Tech men's golf tied the single round school record with a 284 en route to a fourth-place finish at the Maggie Mountain Invitational hosted by Alice Lloyd.
Round One saw Indiana Tech shoot a program record 284 (-4) to open the tournament.
Xabier Herrero shot a 69,
Tommy Curtis shot a 70,
Ashton Hoffbauer shot a 72, and
Logan Keller shot a 73 to round out the top four.
Indiana Tech shot a 294 in Round Two to secure the fourth place finish.
Ashton Hoffbauer shot a 70 to finish -2 and tied for eighth.
Logan Keller shot a 73 to finish +2 and tied for 21
st.
Miguel Gonzalez Sanchez shot a 75 to finish tied for 33
rd.
Xabier Herrero shot a 76 to finish tied for 16
th, and
Tommy Curtis shot a 79 to finish tied for 30
th.
Indiana Tech returns to action on Sept. 14 at Lindsey Wilson.
