Biography

Prior to Indiana Tech: Irby competed  for Taylor University where she was an USTFCCC Scholar-Athlete in 2019-2020. Her freshman year she set The Taylor University Program Record for the 400m dash and went on to qualify for the NAIA Nationals where she finished 19th overall.  At Northrop High School, she earned 5 Sectional Titles, 3 Regional Titles and All American Conference Honors 2x. Jo’Deci also competed for The Future Stars Speed Group and The Fort Wayne Express Track Club in which she become a 3x USATF Junior Olympic National Qualifier...TFFRS profile.
