2018: Ran in three races as redshirt junior...ran a season-best 27:20.9 at the Calvin Invite.

2017: Clocked season-best time of 27:16.7 to finish 52nd at Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championships

2016: Ran a season-best 29:51 at the Calvin Invite (9/3)

2015: Did not compete in any meets and took a redshirt season.

High School: Three-year letter winner for the Chargers...also lettered twice in track...helped his cross country team to two consecutive semi-state championships and a third place finish at the state meet...helped the 4x800m relay to a fifth place at the state meet as a senior...three-time First-Team All-Conference selection between track and cross country...led the track team to conference and regional championships as a senior
