2018: Placed 1st in both indoor and outdoor 4x400 meter relay at WHAC Championships. Qadir also placed 1st in the 400 meters at the WHAC Outdoor Championships, qualifying for the 2018 NAIA National Championships in the 400 meters. Placed 3rd in the 4x400 meter relay at NAIA Outdoor Nationals (3:11.81).
