2018-19: Indoor - Appeared in three meets as a sophomore...set a personal-best in the mile (5:33.98)...Outdoor - Appeared in seven meets as a sophomore...set personal-bests in the 300m (10:41.15) and 3000m steeplechase (11:28.34)...won the 3000mSC at the Bellarmine Classic...Third-Team All-Conference (3000mSC).

2017-18: Indoor - Appeared in seven meets as a freshman...set a personal-best in the 5000m (20:18.76)...Conference Champion in the 4x800m relay (9:39.91)...NAIA National Qualifier in the 4x800m relay...Outdoor - Appeared in six meets as a freshman...Third-Team All-Conference (4x800m relay).

High School: Eight-time varsity letter winner for the Knights...All-State selection as a senior during the indoor track season...All-Conference team selection four times between track and cross country...three-time All-State selection and a two-time sectional champion...holds personal bests of 18:52 in the 5k, 11:28 in the 3200m and a 5:15 in the 1600m...also played basketball
