  • Ran a season-best 25:46 at the WHAC Championships on Tech's home course at Donald Ross Golf Course.
2021 (TRACK & FIELD):
  • Placed 5th in the steeplechase at the WHAC Outdoor Championships. 
2020 (CROSS COUNTRY):
  • Ran a season-best 25:26.5 at the Ray Bullock Invitational at Taylor, the fourth fastest time in the history of the course.
  • Finished 18th at the WHAC Championships.
2020 (TRACK & FIELD):
  • Placed 17th at the NAIA Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase.
  • Ran PR's in the 5000 (15:22.34) and 3000 (8:39.60).
  • Won the 3000 meters at the Strive for Greatness Invitational.
2019 (CROSS COUNTRY):
  • Earned All-American honors with a 21st place finish at the NAIA Cross Country Championships in Vancouver, Washington.
  • Took 2nd place at the WHAC Championships.
  • Ran a lifetime best of 25:16 at the Louisville Classic, the 3rd best 8K in school history.
2019 (TRACK & FIELD):
  • Took 7th in the steeplechase at the WHAC Outdoor Championships as a freshman.
  • PR of 10:01.40 in the steeplechase is 7th-all-time.
  • Earned a 6th place finish in the 3000 at the WHAC Indoor Championships.
2018 (CROSS COUNTRY):
  • Ran in six races as a freshman.
  • Produced a season-best of 26:55 to finish 29th at the Seminole Valley Stampede.

The "sub 4'" mile.  Four all-out 400's, each of them in under a minute.  Plenty of rest!

FUN FACT?
Is a big F1 racing fan and lists Max Verstappen as his favorite driver.
