2015 (Senior) WHAC All-Academic Team selection... Placed 32nd at the Calvin Invite with a time of 26:02... Ran to a 27:30 at the Greater Louisville Classic...  Placed 84th at the Royals Invitational in North Carolina with a time of 27:07 (10/9)... finished 22nd at the WHAC Championships with a time of 26.47

2014 (Junior) Ran a 27:02 to place 70th at the Calvin Knight Invitational... placed 103rd at the Indiana Intercollegiates... ran a 27:54 at the Greater Louisville Classic... ran a 27:30 at the Bethel Invite... placed 71st at the Great Lakes Challenge with a time of 27:20 (10/25)... placed 18th at the WHAC championships... helped the team to a 16th place finish at the NAIA National Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:25 placing 96th as the number two runner on the team. 

2013 (Sophomore) Ran a time of 26:50 and a 11th place finish at the Olivet Nazarene Midwest Classic... placed 63rd at the Knight Invitational with a time of 26:22 (9/14)... ran a 26:34 at the Great Lakes Challenge to take 68th place (10/26)... placed 26th at the WHAC championships... helped to warriors to an 18th place finish at the NAIA National Cross Country Championships with a career best time of 25:49. 

2012 (Freshman) Competed in six races for the Warriors as a freshman... posted a season best 8k time of 26:21 at the Lansing Invitational (9/28)... placed 58th at the WHAC championships.

Penn HS Holds personal-bests of 4:36, 10:19, and 16:32 for the 1600, 3200, and 5k respectively.
