Aidan Lang will enter his first season as the women's soccer assistant coach going into the 2026 fall season after coming to Tech in January of 2026.

Lang joins the Warriors coaching staff after spending four years at NCAA D3 Trine University in Angola, Indiana. He would spend the first three years as an assistant coach and goalkeeper coach, helping the team to a 30-17-11 record with one conference tournament (MIAA) final and two semifinal appearances. In 2025, he was named the Interim Head Coach and would lead the Thunder to a 9-4-6 record, highlighted by a 1-1 tie against #1 nationally ranked WashU. The Bears won the NCAA D3 national championship in both 2024 and 2025, going 44-0-5 in that span, with Lang's Trine squad being one of three teams to tie them in those two years. In three of the four years he was at Trine, he coached a 1st Team All-Conference goalkeeper, with two of those years having a member of the All-Region team as well. 

Prior to coaching, Lang played two years at ECC in Buffalo, New York from 2013-2015 and then two years on the club team at SUNY Geneseo from 2015-2017. He is originally from Fredonia, New York.
