Brooke Almond enters her first year as an assistant coach with the Indiana Tech women’s hockey program heading into the 2026-27 season.
Almond, who is a Fort Wayne native, joins the staff after a five-year college hockey career at Chatham University. She finished her career as the third leading points scorer at Chatham and holds the record for most assists in a career. She graduated from Chatham in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in communications. Prior to Chatham, Almond grew up playing hockey in the Midwest for the Pittsburgh Penguins Elite and Ohio AAA blue jackets organizations.
