David Bokhart

David Bokhart will be handling the coaching duties for the Indiana Tech men's soccer team for the 2021 season. A search for a new head coach will take place following the season.

Bokhart previously served as the Warriors head coach for seven years (2011-17), where he went 67-52-12, the second most victories by any coach in program history. In 11 seasons as a head coach, he holds an 95-92-18 mark. In July 2016, Bokhart was named Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance and Eligibility and oversees both processes while working with coaches, athletic administration, and the registrar's office. He moved into a full-time role as Associate Athletics Director of Compliance and Administration in the summer of 2018.

Bokhart coached 47 WHAC All-Academic Team members, 23 NAIA Scholar-Athletes, 16 All-WHAC selections, five WHAC Offensive Player of the Week winners, six WHAC Defensive Player of the Week honorees, one WHAC Defensive Player of the Year (Mark Baptist, 2011), and one NAIA All-American (Baptist, '11) during his previous tenure with the Warriors.

In 2017 the Warriors posted an 11-8-0 regular season mark and a 7-4-0 record in WHAC action, securing a fifth-place finish in the conference standings. The Orange and Black would qualify for the WHAC Tournament, but would fall to fourth-seeded University of Northwestern Ohio, 3-0, in the first round. Under Bokhart's direction, Brennan Cochran, Andrew Higgins, and Oswaldo Segura Diaz were named First-Team All-Conference selectees while Ruben Leonardo was recognized as Second-Team All-Conference. Additionally, the Warriors placed eight men on the NAIA Scholar-Athlete listing and 12 on the WHAC All-Academic Team, the most representatives of any conference program.

In 2016 the Warriors had one of their most successful seasons in program history, finishing 15-3-2 overall and going 8-2-1 in conference play to finish in fourth place. Bokhart was named the WHAC's Champions of Character Coach by his peers and had two Second-Team All-Conference selections in Andrew Higgins and Roman Schlinder. The team defeated fifth-seeded Madonna, 4-2, in the quarterfinals of the WHAC Tournament at Warrior Athletic Field for their first conference tournament win since the 2009 season, before falling to top-seeded and tournament champion University of Northwestern Ohio, 3-0. The team would garner the NSCAA's Team Academic Award for the second year in a row under Bokhart and the eight time overall.

In 2015 the Orange and Black went 5-12-1 overall and 2-8-1 in WHAC play, finishing 10th in the conference. Bokhart mentored six All-Academic Team honorees, two NAIA Scholar-Athletes, and one Honorable Mention All-Conference section. The team was honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) with its Team Academic Award, the first time under Bokhart the Warriors have garnered the award and seventh time overall.

In 2014 Tech went 7-9-2 (4-6-0 WHAC) and advanced to the conference quarterfinals, where they lost to eventual national champion Davenport. Four student-athletes were named Academic All-Conference while two were recognized as NAIA Scholar-Athletes.

In 2013 the Warriors finished 9-8-1 (3-7-0 WHAC), just missing the conference tournament. Robbie Kiernan and Zachary St. Aubin each earned Offensive Player of the Week honors and senior goalkeeper, Reece Richardson, earned Defensive Player of the Week recognition. St. Aubin was named WHAC Honorable Mention as a sophomore while eight student-athletes earned All-Academic recognition with three earning NAIA Scholar-Athlete awards. St. Aubin was the highlight of the season as he finished in the top-15 in game winning goals (5) and game winning goals per game (.290).

In 2012 the Warriors went 10-6-3 (6-2-2 WHAC), tying for third in the 11-team WHAC standings. Senior forward Aultain Gaye earned First-Team all-league honors, while junior goalkeeper Reece Richardson and sophomore defender Padraic Ormsby collected Honorable Mention recognition. Gaye and Richardson also earned NSCAA All-Region honors. The Warriors were one of the top defensive units in the WHAC, allowing just 0.94 goals per game while posting seven shutouts.

In 2011 Tech finished 10-5-3 (3-1-2 WHAC) and were ranked among the top programs in the NAIA in modified RPI. Tech saw five student-athletes earn places on the All-WHAC teams, including First-Team performers Elliott Everson, a midfielder, and defender Mark Baptist, who also earned WHAC Defensive Player of the Year, All-Region, and NAIA All-American honors. The Warriors earned WHAC Player of the Week accolades on six different occasions in 2011 with sophomore goalkeeper Reece Richardson leading the way, earning three league Player of the Week awards.
