UPLAND, Ind. – Due to adverse field conditions caused by heavy rainfall, the Indiana Tech men's soccer team traveled to Taylor for a non-conference contest at New Stadium, a turf field on the Trojans campus.
The two teams made it through 20 minutes of play, but a pair of lightning delays caused the game to be cancelled.
Adam Knight had scored for Tech, but because the game was called by the 60 minute mark, it will be wiped from the record. Due to scheduling conflicts, the contest is unlikely to be rescheduled. Please check back often for further updates on the men's soccer schedule.
The Warriors will return to action on Saturday, Sept. 13 when they travel to Spring Arbor, Mich. to face Spring Arbor University at 7 p.m.
