BRIEF: The 20th-ranked Indiana Tech men's lacrosse team got seven points from
Jace Childs in route to a 14-8 win over No. 18 SCAD-Savannah (Ga.) on Saturday. The Warriors used an eight goal second half to pull away for the victory.

- Childs netted the second goal two minutes later with an assist from
Dan Schaepkens- The Bees scored with four minutes left in the half
- Childs scored a pair of goals sandwiched by tallies from
Brandon Gates and
Adam Cole to a 6-1 lead
- Two SCAD goals cut the Warriors halftime lead to three
-Â Five different individuals, including Nichter's man-up goal, put Tech up eight, 11-3
- SCAD closed the quarter with a pair of goals
- Each team added three goals in the fourth for the final margin
