FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech women's basketball team has dedicated its game against Cornerstone on December 3 to Olivia Stoy and will Lace Up for Pediatric Cancer, head coach
Jessie Biggs announced.
The Warriors have adopted the 12-year old Stoy, a native of Angola, who is battling this T lymphoblastic lymphoma, a type of cancer of the blood and bone marrow that affects white blood cells, and participated in a 5K at Ridenour Acres in Angola on September 17 for Olivia.
All ticket sales from the game will be donated to the American Cancer Society and donations will be collected at the gate as well.
