FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The No. 2-ranked Indiana Tech wrestling team showcased its dominance and depth with a perfect 4-0 record at its annual Warrior Duals on Saturday at the Warrior Athletic Center, defeating Missouri Baptist, 46-3, Davenport, 48-0, Calumet College of St. Joseph, 51-0, and (RV) Marian, 43-3.
The Warriors dropped just two matches the entire duals while picking up 12 falls, eight tech falls and one major decision on the day.
Matthew Miller,
Dillon Francisco and
Guy Henson each went 4-0 on the day, with Miller picking up a pair of falls along with two forfeits. Francisco would pin all four of his opponents in under a minute and 30 seconds while Henson picked up two decisions, a tech fall and a forfeit.
Trevor Yank would go 3-1, collecting a tech fall, fall and forfeit before dropping his final match of the day to Marian's Zachary Worm in a tough 8-6 decision.
John Weldon went 3-0 on the day with a decision, tech fall and a fall.
