Tech Stymied by Saints

Box Score CALEDONIA, Mich. – The Indiana Tech men's tennis team fell to No. 11 Aquinas, 9-0, on Friday afternoon in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) play at Farmers Insurance Athletic Complex.
 
All three Warrior doubles team put up fights against the Saints, but couldn't pull out any wins as they headed into singles action down 3-0.
 
Joaquin Ferrando would fall in a tough three-setter at one singles, 5-7, 6-0, 10-7, while Nicholas Aguirre also fell in three sets in the fourth flight, 4-6, 6-2, 6-4.
 
Mikel Oscoz would lose 6-3, 6-2, at three singles and Rui Lima dropped his match at six singles, 6-4, 6-2.
 
Tech (6-6, 3-1 WHAC) returns to action on Saturday when they travel to Lima, Ohio to take on No. 20 Northwestern Ohio. First serve is set for 11 a.m. from Racer Courts.
