Warriors Nearly Pull Off Double-Bagel Sweep in Win over Cardinals

Box Score FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's tennis team were dominant in a 9-0 victory over Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) foe Concordia on Saturday afternoon at Wildwood Racquet Club, dropping only a single game to the Cardinals.
 
The Warriors cruised through doubles action, with the one flight of Mikel Oscoz and Fernando Sousa winning 8-1 while the two doubles to Joaquin Ferrando and Nicholas Aguirre didn't drop a set.
 
The Orange and Black continued to flex their muscles in the singles action, with all five singles players winning 6-0, 6-0 with the hosts gaining a forfeit at six singles.
 
Tech (6-4, 3-0 WHAC) returns to action on Sunday with a nonconference match against Marian University. First serve is set for 2 p.m. from Wildwood.
