Orange and Black Sweep Cougars in Fall Finale

Box Score FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's tennis team defeated crosstown rival Saint Francis, 9-0, on Friday afternoon in their fall finale at Swinney Tennis Courts.
 
Tech would start off by only dropping five games in doubles action, with the second flight of Mikel Oscoz and Fernando Sousa winning 8-0.
 
Cody Glassley picked up his first career Tech win with a 7-6 (3), 6-4 victory at six singles while Joaquin Ferrando won 6-3, 7-6 (3) in the final match of his career at one singles.
 
Nicholas Aguirre earned a 6-3, 6-1 victory at two singles while Rui Lima cruised to a 6-0, 6-1 win at four singles.
 
Tech (4-0) will return to action on January 29 when with a road match against Oberlin College.
