ATHENS, Tenn. – The Indiana Tech women's soccer team fought valiantly, but came up on the losing end of a 1-0 loss to Tennessee Wesleyan on Monday afternoon in the Labor Day Invitational at the Tennessee Wesleyan Soccer Field.
The lone goal of the game came in the 32
nd minute when a shot from the Bulldogs' Lauren Cunningham deflected of a Tech player and found its way into the back of the net for an own goal on the Warriors.

Tailer Roscoe would do all she could to keep the Orange and Black down just a goal with six saves including two in the last five minutes of the first half and making three more stops in the second half.
Tech was stymied all afternoon by the TWU defense and were only able to muster two shots on goal, with
Jessica Zurcher and
Jessica Marin being credited on those.
