Box Score SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The Indiana Tech men's tennis team fell to Lawrence Tech, 7-2, on Wednesday afternoon in their Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) opener at Southfield Tennis Courts.
 
Tiago Neves and Rui Lima would pick wins and four and five singles, respectively, with 6-1, 6-2, and 7-5, 7-5 decisions. Fernando Sousa and Nicholas Aguirre would fall in three sets, 2-6, 6-2, 6-3, and 4-6, 6-3, 10-7, at number one and two singles while Kino de Leon put up a fight at six singles before falling 6-0, 3-6, 6-0.
 
Tech returns to action Thursday, March 30 as they host regional rival Huntington in a nonconference matchup.
