FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's tennis team defeated regional rival Grace, 6-3, on Wednesday evening at Swinney Park in their home finale and Senior Night.
Tech would get out to a 3-0 lead after doubles action with
Mikel Oscoz and
Fernando Sousa picking up the 8-4 win at first flight to end their home career on a high note.
Oscoz and
Kino de Leon would cap their singles action on their home court with straight set victories, winning 6-2, 6-3 and 6-1, 6-2, respectively, at third and fifth flight.
Tech (8-8) returns to action Wednesday as they travel to regional foe Huntington. First serve is set for 4:30 p.m. from Klopfenstein Tennis Courts.
