Fort Wayne, IN - Indiana Tech Volleyball lost in five sets(25-17, 15-25, 17-25, 25-16, 10-15) tonight to Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference opponent Lourdes at the Schaefer Center.
Tech was in a tight battle all night long and it began in the first set as they struggled to close out the set at the end but eventually did 25-17. It was all Gray Wolves in the second set as they pulled out to a demanding 22-9 lead and eventually closed out the set by a score of 25-15.The third set seemed to be the tightest of the night as both teams traded points back-and-forth until Lourdes pulled away and won the set 25-17. Tech forced a decisive 5th set against the Gray Wolves by winning the 4th set 25-16. The 5th set was tight but costly errors were the demise of the Warriors as they fell to Lourdes 15-10.

Up next the Warriors face Taylor University in the Liz Lykowski Memorial Tounament at the Schaefer Center. That will be the first game on the weekend for the Warriors. The game time for the match is set for 2P.M. on Friday, October 12th.Â
