FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's soccer team fell to No. 21-ranked University of Northwestern Ohio, 2-1, in double overtime in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) action Wednesday evening at Warrior Athletic Field.
The Warriors struck first in a battle of the top two teams in the WHAC as

rd minute. Tech took a 1-0 lead into the half and held the Racers off the scoreboard until the 74
th minute when a cross into the box bounced off a Warrior defender to get into the goal and knotted the matchup at 1-1.
The two sides both have chances to end the game in regulation, but couldn't find the back of the net as the clock struck zero. The first overtime came and went without a shot on goal, but UNOH got the game-winning goal in the 106
th minute off a corner kick to give the Orange and Black their first loss in conference play.
Edwin Rosado made fives in goal and saw his scoreless streak snapped at 465 minutes.
Tech (10-4-1, 6-1-1 WHAC) returns to action Saturday as they travel to Rochester College. Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m. from Ultimate Soccer Arena.
