WINONA LAKE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech women's tennis team fell to regional rival Grace College, 7-2, Tuesday afternoon at the Miller Field Tennis Courts.
 
The Lacers took command of the match from the beginning as they swept all three doubles contests. Vero Jimenez and Martina Borges put the Warriors on the scoreboard with wins at first and second flight, respectively, with the former winning 6-1, 6-1, and the latter notching her first win at Tech with a 6-3, 6-4 victory. The duo came up just short in their doubles match at first flight, falling 8-6.
 
Tech (0-2) returns to action Saturday as they host Huntington in their home opener. First serve is set for 4 p.m. from Kreager Park.
