Lozano-Dobbs put Tech back ahead on their next possession with a layup, but LTU knocked down back-to-back three-pointers to take a 36-31 lead into the final quarter.
Lawrence Tech grew their lead to as many as six points twice in the fourth, but a three from
Kyra Whitaker sparked an 11-1 run for Tech. Whitaker hit another jumper on the fast break while Kauffman nailed a jumper with 3:16 to go in the game to knot the game up at 32-32. After a free throw from Kauffman made it a four-point game with 24 seconds to play, the Blue Devils broke a 6:22 scoring drought with a pair of free throws from Nicole Buckingham to make it a one-possession game, but Tech went 5-6 from the charity stripe in the final 20 seconds to ice the game away and extend their win streak to 20 games.
