RICHMOND, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's basketball team moved over the .500 mark for the first time this season and ran its winning streak to five games Friday evening as they defeated Indiana University, 73-68, in the First Bank Richmond Classic at Lingle Court.
Dilyn Good scored a career-high 17 points off the bench to lead all scorers while adding five rebounds.
Josh Kline added 15 points and a career-high 17 rebounds in 38 minutes of action.

Cory McKinney each chipped in 13 points, with four rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two steals, and six rebounds and three assists, respectively.
Max Huber added 12 points and six rebounds.
The Red Wolves jumped out to a 5-0 lead early in the contest and the hosts kept the lead at five with a 12-7 lead at the 14:41 mark of the first half. Five straight points from Kline knotted the game up at 12 with 13:22 on the clock while a jumper from Good put the Warriors ahead 14-12 on their next possession. The two teams traded leads over the final 13 minutes of the period, with neither side able to get out by more than four points. Tech held IU East scoreless over the final 1:58 of the half while a jumper from Huber gave the visitors a 32-29 lead at the break.
Tech grew its lead up to eight points just three minutes into the second half before a jumper from McKinney extended the advantage to 10 points with 15:32 to go in the game. IU East quickly responded with an 8-0 run over the next two minutes to make it a 49-47 game and were able tie the game up at 50 and 52 at 12:14 and 11:29, respectively, but were unable to regain the lead over the Orange and Black. Triples from Huber and Good sparked a 12-2 run, with seven of the points coming from Huber, to give the Warriors a 64-54 lead with 7:24 on the clock. The Red Wolves were never able to cut the deficit under five points for the remainder of the game, even while holding the Warriors scoreless from the 6:11 to 1:50 mark of the half, as Tech held on to win 73-68.
Tech (8-7) returns to action on Monday, December 30 as they host No. 3-ranked Indiana Wesleyan University in a nonconference matchup. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. from the Schaefer Center.
