YPSILANTI, Mich. – The Indiana Tech women's tennis team defeated Concordia University (Mich.), 8-1, on Tuesday afternoon at the Chippewa Tennis Club.
 
Vero Jimenez and Dominique Michelet notched the 8-0 victory at first flight in doubles action while the duo posted matching 6-1, 6-0 wins at first and third flight in singles action, respectively. Martina Borges won 6-0, 6-3 at second flight while Joselyne Bobos won 6-0, 6-2 at fifth flight.
 
Tech (3-11, 1-4 WHAC) returns to action on Friday as they host NCAA Division III foe Anderson University. First serve is set for 4 p.m. from the Swinney Tennis Center.
