MARION, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's women's team had a historic weekend at the ITA Midwest Regional Championships as the team reached new heights at the annual championships on the campuses of Indiana Wesleyan University and Taylor University.
"Our program made a huge step forward this weekend in putting ourselves in the running as one of the best programs in the Midwest," said head coach
Brock Orlowski. "I am so proud of our team's effort and focus throughout the tournament in making history for Warrior Tennis. It is very rewarding to see the results from this weekend, knowing that it is all due to our players' hard work and dedication in practices."
The Warriors had two doubles pairs,
Abigail Simms and
Carolina Fabbri, and

The latter, seeded fifth in the draw, knocked out the fourth seeded team from Grace College before falling to Bauss and Bemisderfer in the semifinals.
