FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Women's Tennis downs Cornerstone 7-0 in a conference match earlier today.

Abigail Simms and Isidora Hrnjak partnered up at the number one singles position and won 7-5 before Vero Jimenez and Marianna Murcia won at the number two 6-3. Carolina Fabbri and Thaina Carvalho won at the number three 6-1.

Jimenez competed at the number one singles position with two 6-1 victories and Simms won at the number two with a 7-5 and 6-4 win. Murcia went undefeated on the day with 6-1 and 6-0 set victories to at number three while Martina Borges won at number four 6-0 and 6-0. Ana Gomez won at the number five 6-1 and 6-3 and Carvalho won at the number six 6-2 and 6-0 to complete the sweep for the Warriors.

Tech is back in action on Friday, April 2^nd when they host Eastern Michigan University at 5 p.m.
