FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The No. 12-ranked Indiana Tech men's soccer team defeated No. 9-ranked University of Northwestern Ohio 1-0 Tuesday afternoon inside Warrior Athletic Field.
How It Happened
- The Warriors scored the lone goal of the match in the eight minute as Jonas Kahlman found Luke Jones who rainbowed one past the UNOH keeper just inside the back post.
- Tech held off a second half charge from the Racers, who recorded nine shots in the final 45 minutes of action, including six on goal, but Juame Salvado would not allow any shots in to secure the upset and clean sheet.

- Salvado recorded his fifth shutout of the season to improve to 10-0-1 while it's the teams 10th clean sheet of the season.
- UNOH outshot Tech 13-8, including 8-2 in shots on goal.
