FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Women's tennis sweeps doubles to earn the 6-1 victory over Olivet Nazarene earlier today.

Vero Jimenez started the match off strong at the number one singles spot with two 6-3 set wins before Olivet Nazarene was able to steal the number two spot match. Marianna Murcia won at the number three with two 6-0 set victories and Martina Borges won in the number four with two 6-1 set wins. Ana Gomez took the number five spot win with 6-0 and 6-1 set victories and Chloe Smithley claimed the number six spot victory 6-1 and 6-0.

Abigail Simms and Isidora Hrnjak competed at the number one doubles position and won 6-4. Jimenez and Murcia partnered up at the number two and dominated to win 6-0 while Gomez and Thaina Carvalho also held their opponents scoreless to win 6-0 in the number three.

The Warriors are back in action on Sunday, March 7^th when they host the University of Findlay at 3 p.m.
