ANGOLA, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's golf team traveled to Angola, Indiana, on Tuesday to participate in the famed Ken Venturi Invitational at Zollner GC, hosted by Trine University.
The Orange and Black finished in a tie for ninth with Alma College in a field that featured twenty teams. Tech was led by Freshman
Ruben Mate - who shot 73 and finished in a tie for third place individually.
Jonah Beesley scored next for the Warriors, who shot 6-over par 77. Freshman
Logan Keller also managed to break 80, posting a 79.
The Warriors are back in action next Monday at Sylvania CC near Toledo, Ohio, for the Lourdes Fall Invitational.
