FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's tennis team dropped their first match of the 2024 spring season at home against No. 21 Huntington University (Ind.).
 
The Warriors would start off strong by taking the doubles points after winning all three doubles matches, thanks to the pairings of Juan Avellaneda/Phil Labbe, Kayra Kargin/Andres Pizzamiglio, and Sebastian Carbajal/Santiago Diaz. However, the Foresters would take over during the singles matches, winning all six matchups, as the Warriors would fall 1-6 overall.

Tech moves to 2-1 overall this season as they get ready for RV Indiana Wesleyan University in a rematch from the fall, where the Warriors came out on top 4-3. The match will be held at Wildwood Racquet Club in Fort Wayne, Indiana on February 16^th at 12pm.
