MISHAWAKA, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's volleyball team traveled to Mishawaka, Indiana, on Tuesday evening for a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference showdown with the Bethel University Pilots in the Wiekamp Athletics Center. In the opening set, Tech took control early as they jumped to a quick 10-5 lead, scoring all of their first five points from service aces or errors.
Mario Capo opened the set with two aces, and
Ben Rosenow recorded one shortly after. The Pilots battled back, cutting the Warriors' lead to 12-10, but a kill from
Logan Gamero sparked a 5-0 run, which reestablished control for the Orange and Black as they went on to take the set 25-21. In the second set, the two squads traded points to open. Trailing 7-8, the Warriors went on a 4-0 run to put them up for good. From there, it was all Tech as they retained control of the set, winning 25-19.
