FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The #4 Indiana Tech men's lacrosse team hosted the Taylor University Trojans in a Wednesday afternoon game moved up due to weather concerns in the evening. Tech would get back on track, after a tough close loss to #9 Concordia last weekend, with a 23-8 beatdown on the Trojans.
The Warriors would get out to a quick 3-0 lead against the Trojans with goals from
Josh Bramley,
Joey Meier, and
Devin Macomber, and would lead 4-1 after 15 minutes of play. Tech would light it up in the second and third quarters, scoring a combined 16 goals in that span. The Warriors would go on a 5-0 run in the second quarter and two 4-0 runs in the third quarter to balloon their lead as they entered the fourth up 20-7. Taylor would score the opener in the quarter, but Tech would close it out with the last three, going on to win it 23-8 in the end. Eleven Warriors would score in the game with
Devin Macomber and
Josh Bramley leading the way, each finishing with five goals and three assists.

Carter Krizmanich, and
Jake Deacon would lead the way defensively each with two caused turnovers and eight, six, and five ground balls respectively. Deacon would also score a hattrick, while Krizmanich would score one goal.
Kyle TwoBulls would pick up the win in goal, making ten total saves and picking up three ground balls.
The Warriors now move to 8-2 overall on the season and 1-1 in WHAC play. Tech will get set for a road contest against the University of Michigan-Dearborn in their next game on Saturday, April 5th at 2pm in Dearborn, Michigan.
