DEARBORN, Mich. – The #4 Indiana Tech men's lacrosse team was on the road for a conference matchup against the University of Michigan-Dearborn on Saturday afternoon. The Warriors would blowout the Wolverines, scoring season high 25 goals.
It would only take 39 seconds for the Warriors to get on the board Saturday, courtesy of a
Cooper Langille assist to
Josh Bramley for the goal, in part of a five goal first quarter for Tech.
Devin Macomber would record a hattrick for the Warriors in the second quarter as the Orange & Black would take a 10-3 lead into halftime. After a quick Wolverine goal to start the second half, Bramley and Langille would combine for three goals in part of a 4-0 run for the Warriors. Tech would score six more goals in the period, finishing the quarter with ten and a commanding 20-6 lead. Michigan-Dearborn would score two quick goals in the fourth but that would be all as Tech would close the game with a 5-0 run to leave no doubt with a huge 25-8 win.
Devin Macomber would lead the Warriors attack, scoring seven times and assisting two goals to finish with nine total points, while also picking up five ground balls.
Josh Bramley would finish with seven points in the game, while
Cooper Langille would end with five.
Kyle TwoBulls would get the win in goal, making 12 saves, causing four turnovers, and grabbing four ground balls.
The Warriors improve to 9-2 overall on the season and 2-1 in WHAC play. Tech will play Siena Heights University in their next game on Wednesday, April 9th at 7pm in Adrian, Michigan.
