ADRIAN, Mich. – The #8 Indiana Tech men's lacrosse team travelled back to Michigan on Wednesday evening for another road contest, playing Siena Heights University. The Warriors would lead from start to finish, leaving no doubt in this one, winning 19-7.
Josh Bramley would have himself a day against the Saints and would start the scoring for the Warriors just one minute into the game. He would score again to close the first quarter as Tech led 5-1 after one. Sophomore
Jake Deacon would record a hattrick in the second quarter propelling the Warriors to a 9-3 halftime lead. Bramley would heat up in the third quarter, scoring three of the Warriors four goals in the period to give Tech a 13-4 lead. In the fourth quarter, Tech's two leading point getters on the season would torment the Saints, as
Devin Macomber and
Josh Bramley each recorded hattricks in the quarter. Tech would finish off Siena Heights and win 19-7 as Bramley would outscore the Saints by himself 8-7. The Canadian attacker would end the day with 12 total points, leading the team in goals (8), assists (4), and ground balls (4).
Zach Spisz would cause five turnovers and also grab four ground balls.
Kyle TwoBulls would get the win in goal for the Warriors, making 13 saves and picking up four ground balls over 47 minutes of action.
Nehemiah Loving-Lewis would play the final 13 minutes in goal for the Warriors.
The Warriors improve to 10-2 overall on the season and 3-1 in WHAC play and will now get set for the gauntlet to close the regular season with three top ten matchups. Next up will be the Warriors final home game of the regular season as they host #5 Madonna University on senior night, Saturday April 12th at 7pm Warrior Athletic Field.
